St Catherine’s Hospice is an independent charity which supports local people affected by life-shortening conditions to have quality of life, to the end of life.

At the Oliver King Foundation, we believe that heart health goes beyond awareness — it’s about action. One of the most powerful ways to save a life during a cardiac emergency is through CPR training, and we are proud to offer comprehensive, life-saving courses to individuals, schools, and organisations
PALS
PALS is a local charity that embraces children and young people from 5 to 25, who have physical disabilities.

Rainford High Technology College
Rainford High play a huge part in the success of the Rainford 10K. They kindly offer use of their facilities to host the event, assist with the production of promotional materials and support the event in the form of student volunteers and marshals.

As well as essential financial and promotional support, Alpine podiatry provide the George Faulkner Memorial Cup that is presented to the winner of the Rainford 10K race.
